Welcome to Climate Smart Dover!
In 2016, the Town of Dover Town Board adopted the Climate Smart Communities pledge.
Calling all artists!- photographers, painters, poets, musicians, dancers, illustrators, poets, etc...(young and not-so-young). Be a part of the 1st-ever “Harlem Valley Climate SmART Project!”- show what you love about the Harlem Valley and how it could be impacted by climate change.
Submissions will be part of a traveling art exhibit through Dover, Amenia and North East this fall. The exhibit will debut at the Dover Annual Community Day on Sept. 21 (rain date 9/22) at Thomas Boyce Park in Wingdale.

In 2017, the Town of Dover was among the first NYS CFA grant recipients of a NYS DEC Climate Smart Communities (CSC) Certification Grant to pursue Town-sponsored and grant-funded CSC priority actions to achieve certification by 2022.
